Alfred Apartments [18 Apartments] 99 Units of Co-Living

Situated adjacent to West Hollywood, this is one of a number of Co-Living projects WTARCH is working on in the area. The project is intended for younger working professionals on the westside. The building seeks to embrace a number of natural elements in its design including board formed concrete, lushly planted planters, wood-framed windows and areas of siding which harken back to more the existing construction of the domestic architecture in the area, and other elelments which foreground the beauty of the materials. Nearly all of the units have floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows, which open out onto sinuous, juliet balconies clad in perforated metal, which harmoniously blend with the dark blue stuccos siding and the wood siding.
