Squeezed into a sliver of a site, this apartment building is composed of 15-units (incl. 2 low income units), and maximizes the space for each unit on the site by incorporating large balconies and a collective roof deck. Designed as a semi-public living room, the lobby also serves as a place for tenants to meet, gather, or perhaps wait for their ride — incorporating table tennis, and a seating group. The facade incorporates wood, stucco, board-formed concrete and surfaces of royal violet which enliven the street experience.
