A West Los Angeles Co-Living building we have been working on - composed of thirty-six 4 & 5 bedroom units – is currently under construction. In addition to the units, numerous amenities have been provided to help enliven and enrich the tenant experience which the developers intend to intensively manage; incorporating multiple communal decks at different levels, a gym, a community room where group yoga classes could be held, a shared working space with a pod, and even a shared kitchen where hosted events such as cooking classes or social hours will occur.
